Balintawak Seattle was founded in 2008. It was the
first Balintawak eskrima academy established in the Pacific Northwest.
Our mission: "To promote the art of Balintawak eskrima, support the martial arts community, and be a positive example - advocating friendship and brotherhood."
The Filipino Community Center of Seattle is the home for Balintawak Seattle. The group meets every Thursday 6:15PM-8:15PM. We also offer class every Friday evening at Universal Kempo/MMA in Bothell, Washington. Applications for new students are currently being accepted. Visitors are always welcome to drop by and observe class.
